Storers can set up regular direct debit payments when they license a space at StorMate so a payment is never missed.

As a storer at StorMate, ONLY YOU control who has access to your storage space. With a padlock either purchased from our store or self supplied, you lock your storage space and keep the key. StorMate does not keep keys and therefore access to your storage space is entirely regulated by you.

Our mortised front security gate pin coded – only YOU know the pin code which opens the gate and disables your own storage space alarm. Perhaps you need multiple pin numbers for others to access? No problem just ask our friendly staff we can set up lickety-split!

No lock in contract. StorMate offers ultimate flexibility by enabling customers to stay and pay for only what they need. Pay storage fees a month in advance and any unused fees are returned to you upon moving out.

There are no penalties for moving out early. You just have to give 7 days notice. The balance of any unused storage fees will be refunded to you.

Storage Fees must be paid in accordance with the terms of the StorMate storage agreement. Else, storers may be refused access to the facility and their storage space until such time as their fee payments are up to date.

If a payment is missed, they will be notified by phone, email, and/or SMS to prompt payment of overdue fees and ensure they are not locked out of the facility and their storage space.

In extreme circumstances, we may be forced to sell the contents of the storage space. All efforts will be made to resolve the matter using alternate methods. If you have a(any) concern, please contact our staff immediately.

Our site boasts state-of-the-art security and IOT contact systems. Security fencing and pin number motorised gated access control eliminate unwanted traffic through the site and enable all entries and exits to be monitored, logged and recorded. 

All storage spaces are individually alarmed, which offers greater peace of mind for our storers.

Security personnel and the facility manager conduct random routine site checks during and after office hours and our facility-wide CCTV security system monitors and records all site activity which is reviewed daily.

Our customised integrated AI CCTV and sensor systems monitor traffic to assist staff in keeping you and your valuables safe and secure while storing at Tamworth’s best Self Storage units.

Yes, StorMate can provide you with boxes, tape, butchers paper, bubble wrap, mattress covers and other packaging materials from our modern sales office space.

We recommend you check with your own insurance company (your house and contents insurer) to cover your valuables while in storage at StorMate. Often they can transfer your current insurance to your storage space.
